Brandon VanWaeyenberghe (baritone - retired) is the current Executive Director of the Boise Philharmonic. He studied voice at the University of Evansville (IN) while starting a career in arts administration with the position of Assistant Director of the Opera.com.edy at UEOpera in 2001. He received graduate degrees in both Arts and Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. While he has swapped sheet music for Excel sheets, Brandon has still been able to find time to be onstage. He made his Lyric Opera of the North debut as a supernumerary in Cavalleria Rusticana in 2023, and excited to make his Opera Idaho debut with this production.
