Naomi Spinelli
Mezzo-Soprano

Naomi Spinelli, a mezzo soprano, completed a Master of Music in 2015 from Lee University in Tennessee, and maintains a voice and piano studio in Boise. As an active performer, she has participated in Opera Idaho’s productions of Manon, La bohème, Carmen, The Merry Widow, Rusalka, and Le nozze di Figaro. As an Emerging artist in Narni, Italy, she sang Sorell Cercatrice ll in Suor Angelica also in Jake Landau’s Pieta. She returned as part of the Narnia Festival as the second witch in Dido and Aeneas, covering the role of sorceress, as well as a warrior in Jake Landau’s & Aeterna. Regionally, she has performed in Gemma Arts’ Le nozze di Figaro as Marcelina, as a soloist in Handel’s Messiah, and with Opera Elect for The Rabbis’ Advice as third daughter and Peter Prickles in the title role. She studies with Andrea DelGiudice in New York.
