Rebecca Soelberg is a New York-based singer, actor and voice teacher. She is thrilled to be back home in Boise & at Opera Idaho where she began her own singing career at the age of 7. Her performing career now spans musical theatre, opera, choral works and most recently film. Some of her favorite roles include Sandrina (Mozart's La finta giardiniera), Sister Mary Roberts (Sister Act) and Narrator (Joseph...Dreamcoat). Rebecca has maintained a private teaching studio for the past 8 years and works with all ages in voice and acting training. She received the Best Supporting Actress award at the KickAss Film Festival in 2022 with her Chicago based team. Rebecca is a resident member and featured soloist with Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Choir in NYC and is passionate about cultivating shame resilience through voice training and arts education. She enjoys long walks in Central Park with her 4 year old puppy, Stevie, and wants to thank her family for their love and support.
