A native of Columbia, SC, Mary Lee Taylor Kinosian joined the SC Philharmonic at age 14. After graduating college, she moved to San Jose, CA, where she enjoyed a successful career with the San Jose Symphony Orchestra along with the Midsummer Mozart Festival Orchestra. She also served as Concertmaster and Soloist for the Bay Area's Redwood Symphony. In the early 90's she moved to Nashville TN and won the position of Principal Second Violin of the Nashville Symphony Orchestra. She was active in the recording industry during these 5 years as well, working with Nashville's String Machine.
