Akasha Nelson is thrilled to be making her debut with Glow! She was most recently seen as #14 in THE WOLVES (Warehouse Theater) and as Caroline in I AND YOU (Clemson Players). For her role as Caroline, she won the National KCACTF Award for Special Achievement in Individual Performance. Select regional and university credits include: Esmeralda in THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME (Younts Center), Hattie in ELLA ENCHANTED (South Carolina Children’s Theatre), and Florence/Understudy Alice in BRIGHT STAR (Clemson Players).
