Jeff Haffner (B.A. – Ashland University; M.F.A – University of Georgia) is very happy to

return to Rubber City Theatre (having previously performed in Equivocation and Enemy of the People), as well as make his 5 th journey to Oz (and 2 nd appearance as The Tin Man)!
