ELIJAH (ELI) MOTLEY is a choreographer, dancer, teacher, and currently an MFA candidate in Dance and Choreography at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Eli also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Theater and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering, both from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. After graduation, Eli relocated to Chicago and danced three seasons as a company member with Chicago Dance Crash, 2017-2020. As a solo artist he choreographed and performed his work in Chicago, Wisconsin, Norfolk, and Texas. In addition to performing, he has taught dance in the Chicago Public Schools System, various dance studios, and high school dance festivals. When not dancing Eli loves playing piano, cheering on the Indianapolis Colts, and watching Parks and Recreation with his wife Christina and cat Levon.
