BRACE is a Lebenskunstler and actor. His experiences from traveling around the world have illuminated his belief and responsibility of what it means to be a person living in tandem with all things that support the cycle of birth, life, and death. BRACE was born and raised in Seattle where he attended Garfield H.S. and the University of Washington and received an MFA in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College. He has performed in numerous plays in the Pacific Northwest and currently resides in Los Angeles. His most recent performance was in the upcoming short film, Not Afraid, which explores missing and murdered Indigenous women (MMIW) from Native American Reservations. BRACE performed in This Land Is Your Land in its conception at On the Boards in Seattle and then in Paris, New York, and at ADF ten years ago. Returning to the piece in this iteration, he still sees its significance as a reflection of society, in our beliefs and our relationship with one another in all of our identities and perspectives.
