Into Outof Studio is an Atlanta artist duo comprised of Jessica Anderson and Sebastian Monroy. The two artists combine their backgrounds in digital media and computer graphics to create installation artworks that immerse viewers in new sensory experiences that connect people to each other in new ways. Sebastian’s experience in video game programming brings fresh takes on interactivity to their work, while Jessica’s experience as a scholar of storytelling grounds their work in narrative. They began working together in graduate school at Georgia Tech and find that through art they fall more in love with each other and the world every day. They have worked with organizations like Digital Naturalism Labs, T.Lang Dance, Mass Collective, Fernbank Museum of Natural History, Brutal Studio, Eyedrum Gallery, and The Bakery. Through their artwork, they challenge viewers to engage critically and creatively with the possibilities that digital technologies bring to artistic experience.
