Kaitlin Fox (she/her) works as a performance artist, educator, and choreographer in contemporary dance and Pilates. She is a seasoned member of Kendra Portier’s BANDPortier, performing annually in the D.C. area, and has previously performed for Joanna Kotze in her Durham presentation of ‘lectric EYE and BIG BEATS, in New York City with Jennifer Monson/iLand and Emily Faulkner/Wind Up Dances, and in Chicago for Liz Burrit. As an educator, Kaitlin offers a diverse range of adaptive and accessible movement classes crafted with a trauma-informed approach to dance and other movement modalities. This summer, she will host an Open Level Contemporary Dance class through the ArtsCenter in Carrboro while continuing to offer Pilates and functional movement sessions at Core Focus Pilates in Durham.
