Shanice Mason (she/her) is a Washington, DC-based dance artist, arts administrator, digital media consultant, and educator. She is an adjunct professor in the School of Dance at George Mason and a faculty member at the VIVA School of Dance and the Madeira School. Shanice has performed with multiple companies across the country and presented her work at CityDance, Dance Place, The Clarice Performing Arts Center, and The Madeira School. She, along with her collaborator Jamison Curcio, are the 24-25 Local Dance Commissioning Project grantees at the Kennedy Center. Shanice is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, earning her BFA in Dance and Choreography and a minor in General Business. This is her first year serving as company manager for Kayla Farrish.
