Catie Leasca is a Brooklyn-based dance artist. Catie has worked professionally with Netta Yerushalmy, Helen Simoneau Danse, Jessie Young, Ambika Raina, MG+Artists, and Janessa Clark. She has been awarded choreographic residencies at Gibney Dance, New Dance Alliance, and Brooklyn Arts Exchange and has shown her work at Movement Research through Judson Church, Center for Performance Research, and WIP IV at STUDIO4, among others. Catie has been commissioned by the Joffrey Ballet School and Brooklyn Arts Exchange and was a 2023 artist in residence at MOtiVE (Brooklyn, NY). Catie holds a BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts. She teaches a weekly class at Peridance and is a Guest Faculty at Sarah Lawrence College.
