Gianna “G” Dobrich (she/her) is a native of Erie, PA, and is currently a BFA Dance major with a concentration in Performance and Choreography at Slippery Rock University. She has performed works by Naila Ansari, Sumi Clements, Jon Lehrer, and Carlos Jones, among other artists. Currently, she is involved in Slippery Rock Dance Theatre (Junior Student Director), the National Honors Society for Dance Arts, and the Palenque Colombian Dance Ensemble at SRU. She has received the THRIVE Musical Theatre Award, the Trent M. Illig Memorial Scholarship, and the James and Marcia Merrins Dance Award on two occasions. Last summer, Gianna attended the 2023 Hubbard Street Dance Chicago Explore Summer Intensive. Gianna is very excited and grateful for the opportunity to attend and perform at ADF!
