Emma Carter is from San Antonio, TX, and began dancing at Saint Mary’s Hall’s Dance Program. Carter continued their dance training at SMH through high school, with secondary dance education from the Dance Center of San Antonio. They have attended the ADF Pre-professional Dance Intensive, The Dance Center of San Antonio’s Contemporary Intensive Program, and the Giordano Summer Intensive. They will be attending The Ohio State University this year and are studying in the BFA Dance program with a minor in Education. Carter has performed works by choreographers such as Tania Vergara, Edson Cabrera, and Momar Ndiaye, among others. They are thrilled to be working with Ms. McIntyre to create this piece and are grateful for having such a wonderful experience working with their fellow dancers!
