ERIK RAMQUIST, HE/HIM (SOUND DESIGN), started playing music young with piano and guitar lessons. His love of music morphed into focusing on reinforcing and recording live music performances. He worked as Head of Audio at DPAC for a decade, learning large system tuning and reinforcement and with the American Dance Festival. He later joined Hamilton Touring Sound Team, sound mixing for thousands of fans while traveling extensively. Working with ShaLeigh Dance Works on enVISION has brought to life vibrations we feel that fill our life, both physical and auditory, and the way we communicate. He has found inspiration in the stories from creative experts and expressing those stories in a way that immerses others to best understand their experiences and ultimately sharing feelings of love, loss, desire, and content - nostalgia.
