A dancer, actor, and vocalist, Abbey crosses between stage and screen, working independently and commercially. Some of her select credits include So Help Me Todd, The Disney Channel, iZom-bie, The Hallmark Channel, TBS’ The Detour, Conair, Del Taco, Acuvue, and PlentyofFish.com. Through her work as a performer, creator, and instructor, Abbey has come to believe so deeply in supporting artists on their creative and life journeys that she has recently graduated with certification as a life coach. She uses this to continue her artistic work on the production side of independent projects, including with Radical System Art (RSA) as dramaturge/rehearsal director for Epilogos and MOI. Recently having become a mother, she’ll miss this most recent tour, but is certain you’ll enjoy MOI!
