has performed with varied ensembles such as the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, the Binghamton Philharmonic, the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra, and the Eastman Jazz Ensemble. Jeff currently serves as the Instructor of Low Brass at Onondaga Community College, and has previously taught at Ithaca College, the Eastman Community Music School, and for Tomball ISD (TX). Dedicated to helping musicians develop both the musical and non-musical skills needed in the 21st century, Jeff is also the Program Manager for the Institute for Music Leadership at the Eastman School of Music, and serves as an Instructor of Music Leadership at Eastman.
