Jessica Balton (Mary Phagan) Jessica is overjoyed to be making her Slow Burn Theatre Company debut in Parade! Jessica is a South Florida native and a recent graduate of East Carolina University where she majored in Musical Theatre and Acting. Some of her favorite credits include Philoclea in Head Over Heels, Amy in Company, and Jo March in Little Women.
