Everything Beautiful by Samuel Hazo is a lyrical and emotional work for wind band, composed in memory of Charles (Chuck) Campbell; Hazo’s teacher, mentor, colleague, and friend. The piece features soaring melodies, rich harmonies, and expressive dynamics, evoking themes of loss, remembrance, and the enduring beauty of life. In three movements, Hazo’s composition builds from tender, reflective passages to a powerful and uplifting climax, creating a deeply moving musical experience.

Samuel Hazo is an American composer, conductor, and educator known for his contributions to wind band and orchestral music. His works, often praised for their lyrical melodies and emotional depth, are widely performed by school and professional ensembles. Hazo has received numerous commissions from prestigious organizations, including the National Band Association and the Midwest Clinic. In addition to composing, he has been an active clinician and guest conductor, sharing his expertise with musicians worldwide.
