Linnea McKinney is a first-year student at Shenandoah University pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and is honored to be performing in her first main stage production at Shenandoah! McKinney has previously performed in Pittsburgh CLO Summer Stock productions such as Lerner & Lowe’s: Camelot (Ensemble) and Seussical (Ensemble), as well as Shirley Jones: A Gala Celebration (Choir). Other select performances include A Chorus Line: Teen Edition (Cassie) and Mean Girls: High School Version (Regina George) with the Pittsburgh CLO Academy; Anastasia (Countess Gregory, Ensemble, u/s Tsarina Alexandra), Footloose (Ensemble, u/s Ariel) and The World Goes Round (Featured Vocalist and Dancer) at The Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center; and Jesus Christ Superstar (Mary Magdalene) at Fringe Arts in Philadelphia. McKinney has also toured across the United States and Europe with Jon Anderson, the lead singer of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band YES, as both a featured and backing vocalist and guitarist.

In addition to currently training vocally with Jacqlyn Edwards, McKinney has previously trained at the Pittsburgh CLO Academy, Higher Voice Studio with Hilerie Klein-Rensi and Pittsburgh Ballet House.
