Celia Stafford is a sophomore musical theater major from New York City, and is thrilled to be a part of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. You may have caught her last year in Legally Blonde The Musical (Enid Hoops) at Shenandoah Conservatory. She would like to thank the cast and crew, as well as her two fathers who have been so supportive of her throughout all of her endeavors. Thank you dads!
