William Freeze-Bell is a second year theatre design and production student with an emphasis in scenic design and a certificate in technical production at Shenandoah University. Freeze-Bell is passionate about scenic design, opera and The Muppets. He has had many roles on different production teams, including assistant technical director on The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and assistant properties supervisor on Waitress. Freeze-Bell is excited to lay in his bed and overthink life this summer!
