Emily Smith is excited to work on Our Town as the costume designer. She is in her senior year of her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design & Production with an emphasis in costume design and a certificate in lighting design. At Shenandoah, she has been the co-designer on On the Town and the assistant designer on the fall dance concert, Moscow, Cheryomushki, Waitress and The Wolves. She also worked as wardrobe crew in the conservatory for Sweet Charity, The Wolves, Tuck Everlasting and The Apple Tree, as well as the 2022 season of Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre (SSMT) as wardrobe intern. This past summer she served as the costume designer for Dragons Love Tacos and Little Shop of Horrors at Tibbits Summer Theater in Coldwater, Michigan.
