Josh Harvey earned his Bachelor of Arts in music theory and composition from Washington and Lee University in 2000 and Master of Arts in the musical direction of musical theatre from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2012. He is currently an instructor, music director and voice teacher at the Dobbins Conservatory at Southeast Missouri State University. Academic and personal interests include One Piece, motivic development in musical theatre and film scores, and the music of Sherlock Holmes. He is currently writing a musical about Hurricane Maria hitting St. Croix.
