Karsen Green is an East-coast-based costume designer and theatre educator, currently appointed as assistant professor of costume design at Wake Forest University.  This is Green’s third summer designing costumes for Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre (SSMT), and she is over-the-moon to be working with the SSMT family once again. In addition to Green’s design endeavors, she also speicalizes in puppetry, dyework and costume crafts. Some of Green’s other recent professional design credits include The White Chip at Lean Ensemble Theatre, Heroes of the Fourth Turning at The Warehouse Theatre and Clyde’s at Maryland Ensemble Theatre.
