Chloe recently earned her Masters in Costume Design from Boston University and has served as the Costume Fellow and Costume Shop Manager at Shenandoah University since spring of 2021.  Favorite past designs have included Bright Star (co-designer) and The Puccini Project at Shenandoah Conservatory; The Scarlet Ibis and La Bohéme with Boston Opera Collaborative; and Bazaar Production's Particularly in the Heartland as part of the Berkshire Fringe.  CHLOEMOOREDESIGNS.COM
