Katie Burnham is a second-year Doctor of Musical Arts in Performance (Voice) student from Central Illinois. She holds degrees in voice performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts (Master of Music) and Bradley University (Bachelor of Music). She has been featured as a guest soloist by Maggie Ohstrom-Bryant, Peoria Municipal Band, Bradley University, and for a variety of banquets/special events. Katie enjoys teaching students of all ages, studying the inner workings of the vocal mechanism, and holds a summer fellow position as a vocalist and music office manager for Adirondack Performing Arts Fellowship. When not singing or studying, Katie enjoys spending time with family/friends, hiking, coffee, and traveling. After graduation in 2023, she looks forward to candidating for faculty positions and singing the audition circuit.
