Chance Morris is a composer from Virginia currently studying under Jonathan Newman at Shenandoah Conservatory. Chance writes music that wedges itself between a musical and abstracted sense of sound and time. His sound installation Surroundings: A Catalog of Aspects for Digital Choir was selected for exhibition by the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, opening in April 2022.
