Out of Body: Mine, Body and Those is a dance and new media performance where monologue and movement are used to explore the impact of inequality, discrimination, bias, the - “isms” and so forth on mental health and to show the importance of radical self care inside and outside of the body and what it means to step out of ones body and into someone else’s.
