Mountain Top is the final movement in the five-movement choral suite called The 42 Project. Written by the dynamic conductor, composer and singer Adrian Dunn, The 42 Project was premiered on April 19, 2022 by the University of Utah Chamber Choir with the composer present and singing the role of Jackie Robinson. This work was created to honor the 75th anniversary of Jack Roosevelt Robinson’s integration into Major League Baseball on April 15, 1947. Mountain Top exudes joy, triumph and hope; feelings that we cling to this time of year.
