David Steinmetz has over thirty-five years of professional experience as a technical director in the entertainment industry and education. A lifelong love of learning and building has propelled David to transform vision into reality for a wide variety of client’s time and time again. Some of his professional credits include Tony Award-winning theaters and national tours, dance, opera, theme parks, corporate meetings, product launches and displays. National and international credits include touring acts, conventions, trade-shows and church conferences. David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Otterbein University (1993) and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois at Champaign – Urbana (2005). He is also a journeyman member with IATSE Local 346. David is currently the technical director and associate professor at Shenandoah Conservatory.
