Adia J. Seckel is thrilled to be back at SSMT after 6 years! A graduate of Shenandoah’s BFA Musical Theatre program her   previous favorite roles include: Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown), Oklahoma! (Gertie Cummings), Little Shop of Horrors (Ronnette). Adia has spent her time performing in the Central Florida area at regional theaters such as Orlando Shakespeare Theatre: Henry IV Part 1, In the Heights, Three Musketeers; The Garden Theatre: The Hunchback of Notre Dame(Esmeralda), Legend of Georgia McBride (Jo); and the regional premier of Trav’lin (Ella) at the Winter Park Playhouse, among others. She also spends her time singing in the streets of Diagon Alley in Harry Potter World as Celestina in the Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees show, and as Martha May in the Grinchmas Wholiday Spectacular at Universal Studios. When not performing Adia is an adjunct dance and vocal ensemble teacher at Maclay Day school in Tallahassee, Florida. Adia is very grateful for her family and friends for their love and support, and Kevin Covert for bringing her back into the fold. Peace and blessings.
