Bonnie Vigil is an Ohio-based violinist originally from Springfield, VA. She is a senior violin performance major at Baldwin Wallace Conservatory, where she has studied with Dr. Barton Samuel Rotberg and Dr. Julian Ross. At BW, she is a member of the Baldwin Wallace Symphony Orchestra and has played in several chamber groups. She has played for multiple BW Opera productions, including Handel’s Alcina and Gilbert and Sullivan’s classic Pirates of Penzance. Outside of BW, Bonnie has worked with the Ohio Light Opera during their 2022 season, where Maestro Michael Borowitz described her as “a joy to work with.” Bonnie is thrilled to be spending the summer in her home state with SSMT!
