Though I’ve only been a part of the CONTEMPO Ensemble for a short number of weeks, I can say with confidence that it is a truly enlightening experience for a young musician like myself. Before joining the ensemble, I had no prior experience singing with a band or even performing contemporary music. Being able to collaborate with others has been a very rewarding experience and it is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy being a part of the ensemble. The knowledge that I have accumulated so far about teamwork and performance will take me a long way in my career as a professional musician.
