Kamal Nassif is a Lebanese artist and craftsperson living and working in New York. Her work considers the relationship of process and ritual from Levantine and other Arab world traditions to gender and image-making. As a formally trained jeweler and metalsmith, histories of adornment and the body as site underscore her creative work.
