Tyson Francis
Production Stage Manager

Tyson Francis (he/him) is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Winchester, Virginia. Currently in his final semester at Shenandoah Conservatory working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design & Production with an emphasis in stage management, he has continued pursuing his passion for a range of performative and technical theatrical environments such as, dancing in works choreographed by Mike Esperanza, Ehizoje Azeke, Tiffanie Carson, Maurice Fraga, Daniel Padierna, Danielle Sten-Guillermo, Lindsay Browning, and a plethora of fellow students, and serving as Production Stage Manager on The Apple Tree, Reefer Madness, Borne: A New Musical, EMIA Summer 2023, and Shenandoah Conservatory’s 2022 Holiday Gala, as well as assistant stage manager on Hair, The New World of Opera, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and Shenandoah Conservatory’s 2023 Holiday Gala. As his stage management Capstone,Pippin has been one of Tyson's favorite educational experiences at Shenandoah University so far! He is fortunate to have worked with Kevin, Shylo, Patrick, his amazing deck stage managers, the super talented cast, and everyone else involved in production! Tyson cannot wait to continue learning and growing while navigating the world of live entertainment and the arts. “We’ve got magic to do – just for you!”
