Lauren Stone is a scenic designer and artist pursuing her BA in Technical Theatre from Christopher Newport University. This is her second summer with SSMT and they are excited to be back to paint three more exciting shows! During her time at Christopher Newport University, she has worked as a scenic designer (Stepping Out, 2022 One-Act Play Festival, The Spitfire Grill), stage manager (9 to 5, Dead Man's Cell Phone), and scenic artist (too many shows to count!). Recent professional credits include being the scenic charge for The Spitfire Grill at Regent University and scenic artist for She Kills Monsters at Shenandoah Conservatory. Lauren would like to thank her mentors, family, friends, and partner for their support while she chases her dreams.
