Carter is excited to be making his Shenandoah debut! He just finished his freshman year majoring in Musical Theater at CCM. He’s been seen in Ensemble in Once on the Island (CCM), Jack in Into the Woods (Short North Stage), and Otto/ Moritz u/s in Spring Awakening (Short North Stage).
