Sophia Alvini-Moore is a cello teacher and performer in the greater Winchester area. They are currently studying Cello Performance and Pedagogy at the Shenandoah Conservatory with renowned teacher and artist Julian Schwarz and minoring in Spanish. Sophia is very excited to be back for another season at SSMT. This season, they are playing Fiddler on the Roof and The Wizard of Oz. When not playing or teaching cello, Sophia enjoys roller skating, working in their garden, and tutoring music theory.
