Celia Stafford is a first-year musical theater major from New York City and is thrilled to be making her Shenandoah Conservatory theatre debut as Enid Hoopes in Legally Blonde The Musical. She participated in numerous productions throughout high school, such as The Addams Family, Something Rotten!, and The Prom, and is so thankful to be continuing her theatre journey here at Shenandoah Conservatory. She would like to thank the cast and crew, as well as her family for making this possible.
