Patricia Hackler joined the organization in late 2014. She has over twenty years of senior level management experience in both governmental and non-profit organizations in Texas and New York State. She has been responsible for and has experience in relationship building, service delivery, organizational change, strategic planning and fiscal development and management of multimillion-dollar budgets. She has worked with community boards as well as the organization’s boards.

Patricia holds Master Degrees in both Professional Counseling and Social Work.
