The restaurant features a rotating menu based on fresh items from Bethea's Garden, just steps away from the restaurant. Renowned Chef Bill Austin is an honors graduate of the CIA, The Culinary Institute of America. He brings credentials and experience to the position of Executive Chef, having owned and operated seven restaurants over the years. Chef Bill has won numerous culinary awards for food preparation, presentation, and original recipes.
