Phil wears two hats in the group, playing both steel pan drums and percussion. When he is not playing pans with "Changes In Latitudes," Phil plays for various symphonic groups, steel-bands, and musical theater productions throughout New England, as well as teaching private percussion, drum set, and steel-pan lessons in north-central Massachusetts and online.
