Rachel, an Upstate New York native, began dancing at age three. She trained at Tawn Marie’s Dance Centre, attending competitions, conventions, and working with renowned choreographers. After high school, she earned a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts under deans Susan Jaffe and Endalyn Taylor. While at UNCSA, she performed works by Robert Battle, Igal Perry, Shen Wei, José Limón, Merce Cunningham, Juel Lane, and more. She is now excited to be performing with The Carolina Opry Theater!
