Zoe Easterberg is a junior at the University of Kentucky, double-majoring in Dance and Neuroscience. She has appeared in four mainstage productions at UK, including two dance concerts and Footloose, and is so excited to be part of The Great Gatsby. With training in a wide range of dance styles, Zoe is loving her new adventure into theatre and acting. She hopes to one day combine her interests in movement and neuroscience. She cannot thank her family, friends, and mentors enough for their support.
