Robert Pickering, Scenic and Lighting Designer - theatre technician, artist, craftsperson, educator - dad. His work featured at the Santa Fe, Sarasota, and Fort Worth Operas, the Utah Shakespeare Festival - in northern California at The San Jose Stage and Redwood Curtain theatres, and on the SIU, Carbondale, Georgetown, Butte, Chico State, and Cal Poly Humboldt college campuses. For over a decade the Studio Manager for the Kentucky Educational Television Network (KET). Since January 2022, the Technical Director at the historic Woodland Opera House near Sacramento, California.  For over 25 years - with great regard (and assistance from the steadfast Casey County Carpenters) - the Scenic Designer and Construction Supervisor for the Emmy award winning It's a Grand Night for Singing!
