Maeve Hoppen, soprano, is a new graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she studied with Dr. Dennis Bender. She has thirteen years and counting of vocal training and sings professionally in churches throughout Lexington. She was most recently seen with UK Opera Theatre in the 16th Annual Alltech Celebration of Song and the chorus of Puccini's Suor Angelica in 2019. In addition to her life as a musician, Maeve is employed full-time as a writer and tutored at UK's Hemenway Writing Center for three years. She holds a Degree of Arts in Linguistics with a Minor in Voice Performance.
