Isabella Recktenwald is a freshman Vocal Performance major. She is delighted to perform in her first stage production with the University of Kentucky Opera Theater. Isabella has performed with the Kentucky Opera extensively as the Second Spirit in Mozart’s The Magic Flute, the children's chorus of Bizet’s Carmen, and Scarlett in Ben Moore's Robin Hood with the Kentucky Youth Opera Program. She would like to thank her voice teacher, Dr. Angelique Clay, and her mom, Christina Recktenwald, for supporting her through her vocal journey.
