Over the past nine years, Kara Powell has thoroughly enjoyed participating in multiple productions. She was the co-director of Small Actors at Independence High School's 2019 One Acts Festival. At UK, she has been Wardrobe Crew Chief for dance concerts, Assistant Director and Dramaturg of Bright Star, and Assistant Stage Manager of School for Scandal. She was the Assistant Director of Lucidity: A New Musical which received Best of Fringe Runner Up at SETC 2023.
