Hailey Wells is a senior at the University of Kentucky, with a double major in Piano Performance and Music Education. She currently accompanies at the Lexington Singers Children’s Choir under the Direction of Amy Black. Hailey has been involved with music her entire life, beginning piano lessons at the age of six and voice lessons at the age of thirteen. At the University of Kentucky, she has performed in several UK Opera Theatre productions. More recently including the role of Papagena in Mozart’s, The Magic Flute or “Die Zauberflöte”. Hailey also had the honor to accompany under the direction of Brock Terry and Dr. Lori Hetzel alongside the University of Kentucky Treble Choir on their tour abroad in Europe, traveling through Italy and Greece. After graduation this Fall, Hailey hopes to pursue her Masters Degree in Vocal Performance.
